Prolactin Test
From more than a month my wife is facing the problem of Upper back and chest pain shown to several Dr but no relief finally I showed her to Orthopaedic Dr and he is suggested following medicine. A) Nucoxia MR B) Gabaneuron NT 100 Before 2 days ago my wife had a notice of white water discharge from right breast,  for that I visited to nearby physician and she told me for Prolactin test and Sonography of Right breast, Sonography is normal but there is problem in Prolactin test is come to 332.4(Report attached). There is no pregency issue and period is also regular but in period time she is having the problem of Migrane for that sometine she is taking pain killer as per the doctor advice There is no other problems except upper back pain and for that she is taking above medicine is taken from last 15 days. In my earlier questions due to technical error i am unable to mention the details. Please check and guide her

High prolactin is evaluated by doing MRI brain And there is medical treatment Upper back pain needs to be evaluated by X-ray cervical n thoracic region

Hi there, The prolactin is secreted by pituitary gland in brain. For this high levels , we should test for the problem in brain. Get MRI brain done. Her problems of migraine can be due to this thing also. It is called prolactinoma.
