Prolactin level 43.2ng/mL
Hello, I had a miscarriage (11+weeks)2 months back. Before the pregnancy I use to have a normal menstrual cycle of 28-30 days. Last month I had my period on time. This month my period was delayed by 8 days so I went for a blood test whose result shows the Prolactin level as 43.2. The TSH result is 2.52. As I'm trying to conceive again. Kindly suggest me what could be the reason of this increased prolactin level..?should I go for some medication for the increased prolactin..?? will this impact the fertility..?
