Progressive lens types
I am 44 year old healthy male. Recently in eye test done at wasan eye care centre they have diagonosed that i should be wearing spectacles and i need to wear progressive lens as i have both near and far numbers. Near Rt eye +1 and Near left eye +1 Distance Rt eye -0.25 and Distance Left eye -0.50 Opticians like lenskart, visiion eye care , titan plus are suggesting to me go for progressive lens which have the widest field of vision . Do i need to invest in Rs 17000-25000 for my kind of lens power of +1 in lens which have the widest field of vision or i can be able to see with lens having lowest or medium field of vision as they are under Rs 8000. Plus frame cost

Hello sir Your distance number is very small U can get away without wearing glasses for distance. U can just buy a simple near vision glasses...that will cost u less than 1000

No point in investing so much in progressive lenses, good quality progressive are available ranging from 2000- 4000
