Progestrone pessary
Am 21 week pregnant.was in aborad and using cyclogest vaginal pessary 400 mg.but now returned to india and its not available.
Can you please tell me a substitite pessary for this which is available here

Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Drink lots of water and fruits juice
Continue Fol 123
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month
Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime to promote blood flow to baby
