Continue taking duphaston twice daily Don’t worry about the levels Get a NT NB scan with dual markers after 2-3 weeks ( between 11-13+6) Rest Abstinence Avoid straining and lifting heavy weights

On the basis of progesterone you cannot define the strength of pregnancy. Duphaston will help support the pregnancy.
Next Steps
Ultrasound NT SCAN at 11-13 weeks with double marker test
Health Tips
Get your thyroid tested and avoid intercourse and heavy weight lifting
