I profusely sweat all time . my ands are always wet... what are the precautions or measures that should taken by me??

Get your thyroid levels checked. Remain calm ,do not get disturbed emotionally . Apply Aldry solution at bedtime for sometime and reduce the frequency of applications at later stage.
