Problems on penis
First off all ( on the top of my penis inside skin ) small allergy types of mark are there looks like volcano 5-6 total all are in circle shape ... And this was since last 3 year not finished in starting only 2-3 are there but with time they increased and started inching too muchh and when I consult to a doctor they said because of not proper hygiene and cleanliness this happened and given me 2 Creams to apply on them inching finished but that mark not still same ... And from since yesterday on my right side testical the veins looking more red and sensitive small small pain continuous very small pain I am not feeling well don't know what to do how can I told about this to my parents or anybody as ... When I put cold❄️water bottle from fridge just to check the sensation on right side I feel extreme pain and on right side nothing just normal coldness🥶 I am scare ( I know the reason that is too muchh masturbation🥺 addiction - uncountable) don't know how much time a day/hour plz help me
