I've been having nausea and vomiting for the past two weeks. Lower back pain and also severe abdominal pain while and after urinating. Having frequent urination and I m feeling a stinging sensation in my cervix. I have fainted too one day.experiencing an increased body temperature at times.

Kindly get yourself examined by a gynaecologist as soon as possible. Specially if you are overdue fir your periods do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Urine infection and chances of ectopic pregnancy in case if you are pregnant needs to be ruled out as well.
