Problems in attention and focus
I am a 24 year old physicist. I have been doing particularly well until I was 22 and these two years were the worst years of my life. I used to always top my academics and completing all my tasks on time when I gradually started feeling fatigue. I consulted a nutritionist who assured me that my diet and my exercise routine is perfect. She ordered me to get body profile tests done (especially thyroid profile) and the results were normal. I started having concentration issues and memory issues

Have there been any changes in your life and surroundings in the past two years that would have triggered changes in concentration. Mindful meditation is associated with increase on concentration, you may incorporate that in your exercise regime. If you dont see any improvement after two weeks consult a psychologist for in depth assessment
