Problem with the outermost penis layer
My close acquaintance is looking for help. His penis's outer layer is not stretching enough and pains sometime. It tears out when it's erected, and then it itches constantly for 2-3 days , again after recovering in 2 days same thing repeats. He tried clean and dry cream/ coconut oil on it but that gave him temporary relief.
Any other remedies would you recommend?
