Problem With Sex - My Length Is 12.5-13Cm When Normal And

My length is 12.5-13cm when normal and 16.5-17 when erect. Girth when erect is 16 cm. When inserted into gf, it feels like penis is pressed tightly and makes it difficult to easily thrust inside her. No problem to her but sometimes a bit difficult for me. Any solution?
