Asked for Male, 40 Years

I don't know which area to chose (Dermatology or Sexology ) for my problem (STD). Also when I reach you for consultation, I want only male Doctor to attend it. How do I ensure that? Unfortunately you don't have live chat/help. You do have chat with Doctor but I need help/info even before I opt for consultation because once I opt for it, I don't have control on choosing Doctor. Alternatively there is no option to select Doctor (in my case male Doctor) and move to next step of consultation. Please suggest.
