Problem to stay last long on bed
Hi , I have done sex with my partner several times .. While being intimate everything goes well except intercourse time . During intercourse I stay hardly 10-15 seconds . I don't smoke and I am not alcoholic . I don't know every time I fail to stay more than those seconds .. I have no diseases . Please provide me some ideal suggestions .. I do exercise and take water sufficiently . My problem is staying lesser time than expected .. One more thing would you please tell what is the normal period a man can hold sperm while intercourse.. Thanks
