Problem to get pregnant
I am 38 yrs old.I have 1 kid(8 yrs old) & trying to conceive again.I have intramural fibroids (18*20,20*20,17*18 mm)arising from fundal wall & indenting e.t. minimally.E.t. is 4.6 mm. Right ovary is 29*28 mm & left ovary is 28* 29 mm.Trying since 3 yrs to conceive under gynae supervision but failed.Can I get pregnant normally or iui is better for this.Suggest me what is good.is iui surely given result.

No the success rate of iui with gonadotropin is 20 percent..nd without gonadotropins its only 8 percent..
I need to c all your reports to be able to advise you further course of action..
