I think I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. I am not really sure how to go about this and am really embarrassed. What should be my course of action on this and is this condition treatable permanently?

First you need to be examined bodily including genital examinations,
2) Laboratory tests including sex hormone check.
3) Radiological tests like scrotal n penile doppler tests
4) on finding cause treatment.
