Problem of astogametism
Actually I recently diagnosed with a problem of astigmatism in my left eye with the no of 3.25 !!
Please advise me how can I treat it without wearing specs !!

There is no natural method to get rid of glasses
There are three options
A. Glasses
B. Contact lens
C. Refractive surgery like LASIK

You may choose to a corrective refractive surgery after a comprehensive evaluation. You can go for daily disposable toric contact lenses as well ib case you d not opt for surgery.
