Problem in Swallowing
Steloid process reported elongated styloid process, while searching on internet it seems to point to Eagle Syndrome, below are symptoms which my wife is showing a) Difficulty in swallowing saliva b) Ear Pain which moves to head ache c) Presence of foreign object in throat Consulted ENT in Kokilaben Hospital but none of them are able to identify cause and help out

Elongated styloid process is not always responsible for the symptoms mentioned by you. To produce symptoms the enlarged styloid process should be palpable. The symptoms described may be due to other causes. Please  take a second opinion from a good ENT specialist.
