UNABLE TO SWALLOW TABLET INJECTION ARE AVAILABLE.
THIS IS DUE TO URI/PHARANGITS.
ADVISE:-
HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER OR TENTUM GARGLE BEFORE MEALS.
AVOID COLD THINGS.
NO SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
TREATMENT:-
INJECTION MONOSAFE ONE GRAM TO BE GIVEN I.V AFTER AST( AFTER SENSITIVITY TEST) TWO TIMES FOR THREE DAYS.
INJECTION DICLOFENEC ONE AMPLE EIGHT HOURLY OR AS REQUIRED PAIN KILLER.
INJECTION GENTAMYCIN ONE VIAL TWO-TIME A DAY I.V FOR THREE DAYS.
