I have face problem in penis some cut mark in penis and paining during pass urine and swelling . I am diabetic patient also 2year before same problem happened earlier

This is balanitis, well known complication of diabetes. Properly control ur blood sugar, problem will resolve. Also use lubic gel oint during sex, to avoid recurrence.
