Problem in organ. And i feel ashamed.

Hi sir, I have problem of small amount of blood getting bleeding down below my inner male region where skin connected thru a small tissue at the backside head at down below my male organ. Once I tried satisfying myself and it went hard after the ejaculation I saw the blood came out with it. So, i observed clearly that blood came out from where a inner skin joint connected to the backside head of my inner region of my male organ. So thought that it will disappear naturally gets cured. But, after one time of my intercourse I observed the wound was not cured and started blood coming out and stayed for 3mnths now.I'm worried about this that it may impact my marriage life and child birth.. And, felt discouraged every time after this I should quit and focus on good thing but I fail to meet the commitment. Pls help me.. I want to get rid of this habit and get this infection cured. Pls advise if I can send image for examination and I feel ashamed. Thanks,
