Problem in my toe nails

I am having infection in my toe nails and it's been few weeks now. It is not getting cured. There are red flesh around the toe nail and is painful.

hello .... The paronychia once occure takes time to heal. The underlying cause is to be identified... If its due to the ingrowing nail, then the intervention is required. And if long standing, it can cause abscess formation.
