An approx 16×7×22(cc)mm size focal fluid intensity collection at mid thigh level.The small collection appears to be organised having thick T2 hypointense wall of thickness 3-5mm.Significant perilesional edema extending within adjacent intermescular planes. The findings are suggestive of non specific chronic organized
