Problem in for skin
Have a problem in pulling back the fore skin.i am having diabaties. I find cracks on the foreskin which is painfull while pulling back.

Since you are diabetic it may be due to candidial balanitis..but other causes should be ruled out... Consult nearest dermatologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.
