Patient is unable to see with his right eye as he lost his left side eye.. At present Blood is collected in his eye may be due to leakage of any nerves near eyes don't know..

You should immediately consult retina specialist,  without physical examination no advice is possible ,you are living in Mumbai ,there are lots of good ophthmologist.
