Problem in Ejaculation
I am not able to Ejaculate properly. It is feeling like inner muscles are not responding to control ejaculation. Erection is also became weak.Also while urination, I can't apply pressure and I'm not able to complete it. Before ejaculation and urination time I feel that some fluid is moving near stomach and also it sounds.

It's a relatively uncommon Problem. We want to see if there is adequate erection or not. If there is no erection issue, we need to find out the cause for Ejaculation Problem and then can treat it.
