Problem in conceiving after ectopic prg
My wife periods are getting preponed by 2-3 days every month, AMH has been found as 1.41 ng/ml. SSG (report attached) says that she has partial blockage in the left 1 no of good fallopian tube.We are trying to conceive for last 4 months without success. Her thyroid and Haemoglobin levels are ok.She is taking Astyfer XT, Conceva F twice daily, Ovisterone SR 75 once daily, Clomiphene 50- twice daily from D3 to D7, C Hop SR (300) twice daily from D16 to D25 of every cycle. All medicines under advice of local Dr. This medicine will continue for next 3 months. If she doesn't conceive by then , our doctor will either do laparoscopy to open the fallopian tube, or go for IUI.Is the line of treatment on?? Medicine OK?? My sperm count is 140 million per ml( report ok). Due to Ectopic Pregnancy one of the fallopian tubes is already removed 9 months ago.Now with reduced AMH & partial blocked fallopian tube how good are her chances of natural conceiving?
