A couple of months back, I was walking barefoot on lawn grass and something pinched in my foot and caused a wound. I checked thoroughly to see if there was anything stuck inside the wound and found nothing. I treated the wound normally and it healed in a week. Since then there is a small bump in the healed wound and whenever i put pressure on it, jump, or even run it causes a lot of pinch like pain.
I am attaching a picture for your reference, please help me identify the problem and probable treatment(s) to get rid of it.
Thanks!
