Problem during urination
Hi Doctor , My dad is 73 years old. He has Type 2 diabetes. Recently he has been facing some problem during urination. He is facing tingling sensation while urination and feeling like to urinate many times. We have gone through PSA test which is coming 3.1 ng/ml. The serum creatinine is 1.6 mg/dl. could anyone tell me what's the problem? Is there any serious health issue as the PSA is high? Please suggest what to do.

Get an Ultrasound of the abdomen with special focus on the post void residual urine. Don't worry about the PSA. It's normal. These symptoms may not necessarily be due to prostate. Even diabetes can cause similar symptoms. Please consult a Urologist in your town.
