Problem during Pregnancy
My wife is 3 months pregnant.sometimes she is having to much of foods and sometimes she is nt having any foods specilly eggs,fishs n milks.plz advice what are foods she should avoid this times and what are the foods she should take daily.

Hi...., she should include right amount of protein.... Meat, poultry, fish, eggs and beans contain the protein.... She must eat from a variety of food groups, including fruits and vegetables, breads and grains, protein sources and dairy products... Make sure that she is getting enough vitamins and minerals in her daily diet.... She should also eat iron rich foods such as iron-rich foods, such as lean meats, spinach, beans, liver etc....., And iron supplements are started in the second trimester of pregnancy to prevent anemia....
