Problem during intercourse

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My husband is have difficulty penetrating fully during intercourse because of the outer skin. When the outer skin gets stretched, it is very painful and therefore not able to penetrate fully. What is the solution and is their any home remedy since conceiving is becoming a problem.
