Problem due to infant eats washing soap

Please suggest an immediate remedy for an infant of 1 year old eats washing soap by mistake and womits then after.How critical is it and do you suggest to visit doctor

If he is breathing well and not having further chocking then you need not worry, if he continues to vomit then give him Syp.Domstal 0.8ml twice a day if necessary..
