Probiotics
We all know dairy products are the best sources for the probiotics. They keep our digestive system in good condition. But I often hear people say that it is not safe to consume curd or buttermilk during the monsoons. Although I do not have knowledge in ayurveda, people say that the ayurveda states the above rule to be true. I want to know if we can consume curd during the monsoons or not.
