Probability of IGG4 RD

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello, I had LAPROSCOPIC EXCISION OF THE PERITONEAL LESION in last month, and attaching histopathology report and other too. Histopathology report indicates possibility of igg4. Rd but when I had serum igg4 test it's normal in result. Do I need to take treatment of steroids for igg4 even its report is normal

Igg4 disease presents as inflammatory mass composed of igg4 positive plasma cells anywhere in the body..igg4 levels r not raised in everyone in upto 50 percent ..levels can be normal..please consult a rheumatologist for further clarification..
