Prob with uncontrolled sugar levels
Hi good evng I'm suffering with diabetes type 2 since 9 years. Im on medication from that time. Now im taking insugen 30/70 100iu twice a day with 30 units and im dng regular exercises atlst 45min. Like walking and jogging. But still my FBS is 280 and ppbs is 390. What can I do with this.

U were detected with diabetes at 18yrs of age and was told u have type 2 diabetes. But started on insulin only. None of it makes sense. Pl confirm the diagnosis by doing blood tests. Once we know the diagnosis I think it will be easy to control the sugar

noted that you areninsulin with regularbdiabetic diet and life style still sugars been high means 1. if no contarindication may start on oral diabetic medicines if you are not on 2. or need to start on three times of insulin
