Prior test precautions

Hello i need some advice doctor asked test for b12 and vitamin D so in some tests like abdomin prior the test we are adviced not to eat but drink lot of water i want to know are there such prior precautions required for b12 and vitaminD test because i forgot to ask please let me know Thank you

hello there. nothing like that. you just need 4 hour fasting. and should not have been taking the supplements. that will indicate the exact levels of VIT d3 available in your body. no other prerequisites. regards
