Primary dysmenorrhoea
I m suffering from this and everytimehave to take 2 or 3 doses of drug then i get releif every time and i have to suffer alot every time is a hard time for me cramps! I need cure not treatment i tried my ayurvedic medicines but after some time ol get ineffective now i need a solution

Dysmenorrhea can be quite severe enough to hamper with our day to day routine activities. I empathise with you. If its primary dysmenorrhea consult your gynaecologist to try hormonal pills under supervision . This may reduce your dysmenorrhea to some extent.
