Sir my uncle has primary bronchogenic malignancy with left hilar skeletal metastases. What to do? Is there any hope?

He needs biopsy , symptomatic treatment meanwhile and to see medical oncologist for chemotherapy/targeted therapy/immunotherapy according to reports. Also to see radiation oncologist if any of bony Mets are painful
