hi Pricking sensation in diabetes s suggestive of diabetic neuropathy. Its complication of prolonged diabetes. controlling blood sugar level can only halt progression and development of new complication. so control blood sugar ,take tablets regularly, wear shoes and avoid injuries to leg.
