I had radical neurectomy done 2 years back due to tumor. It was malignant.every six months i am taking it scan for and and pelvis. Is there any preventive treatment

I guess you meant radical nephrectomy. You need to be on regular followup with 6 monthly imaging of abdomen/pelvis and thorax or whole body PET CT. There are no preventive treatment. There is data for adjuvant sunitinib to reduce chance of recurrence but benefit was minimal and side effects were significant. You can discuss with your oncologist
