Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Is anyone in your family suffering from diabetes?
You need to have a healthy diet, low glycemic index foods, high fiber, high protein and lots of fruits, greens and vegetables.
Drink lots of water.
Excercise daily. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
Practice yoga, pranayama and meditation to cope up with stress.
Get your self checked by a doctor regularly like once in 6 months or so.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
