Hello doctor My brother 25 years old Male...He Has chest tightness complaint... echo ecg Tmt xray is normal... can He start taking STATIN, ASPIRIN and Metoprolol as a preventive medicine for future goood health ? please give your valuable suggestions 😁😁😁

No , statins and aspirin are not required. The pain could be non cardiac.
