Mala D tablets are oral contraceptive tablets which come in pack of 28 tablets of which the white tab are of hormones and the black ones are iron tab. These have to be taken for 28 days in continuously and after 1 pack gets over you can start new pack on the very next day of finishing the previous pack.
Next Steps
Generally users of Mala D get menses when they are on the black tab If you have started the first pack say on 5 th day of menses, it doesn't mean you must start 2nd pack on 5th day. Its meant for use of female who have regular sex. if you had only one sexual encounter, then its up to you whether to take these for future cycles. if you are not going to have frequent sex, there is no need to take them.
Health Tips
It would be better to use condoms for sex as the barrier of condom also protect s  against sexually transmitted diseases. Also for those who have infrequent sex, condoms are much better
