Undergone pre term labor in 25th week .is it necessary to undergo cervical cerclage for next pregnancy .can't I have healthy  full term pregnancy without cervical cerclage

If u have started labour pain around 25th week in last pregnancy..better to go with prophylactic cervical encirclage this time..
