Hello there. I can understand your concern. Where is your brother? I cannot see him. Also, i do not know what exactly he is suffering from. Don't you think you should have mentioned the history? For something as important as applying for defence sector, it is important that you get your brother assessed in person by a Psychiatrist, preferably one from a government hospital if any kind of official documentation is required. It is better you take him to a Psychiatrist in your city rather than looking for help on an online forum, given the seriousness of the situation.
