Prescribe some antibiotic
I have given blood for dengue, malaria and cbc tests whose reports will come by today evening. Meanwhile the doctor I consultedgas only prescribed the two medicines I mentioned earlier and no antibiotic. Please suggest any , if required. I have high fever 103° , headache and now also loose motions

Hi I had gone through your short History.  You can tablet Sinarest / meftal forte now immediately so taht your fever will come down . Take lot of liquids lik water and juice. Since you have loose motion please add a sachet of ORS powder in 1lit water and start taking ORS water sip by sip so that you don't get week. Antibiotics might be needed to start . Also take Tablet sporolac and tablet Racecadotril immediately for loose tools. You can continue this tablets for one or two days till your symptoms subside.
