I am 28yrs, carrying my first baby of 13weeks. Previously I had a missed miscarriage. I have done first trimester ultrasound found my baby has Aberrant right subclavian Artery(ARSA). Doctor said due to this, need to do further test as some of the babies would have Down syndrome. My NT Test result is 1.80mm. My adjusted risk is 1:6115.
I'm totally worried. Do I need to take NIPT Test? What would be the chances of having Down syndrome? Kindly suggest.
