Prenatal during first trimester
Hi, I am 7 week pregnant, I want to start prenatal vitamins supplement. Could you please suggest that is it good for me to start these prenatal supplement now or I should start in second trimester??

Start now ..it is very essential to  start taking folic acid 5 mg per day during these early months to avoid neural tube defects in the child. To start iron supplements, you need to wait up to 18 weeks because iron has it's own bloating , nausea like side effects. Better to get dietary irin from jaggery,leafy vegetables,raisins,egg,and less sour  fruit juices.
