Premature graying of hair

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have two medicine of same name I.e. QC-won but components of these two medicines are different from each other. I want to know that is both medicine can be used as a tablet for the fulfilling of purpose I.e " Premature graying of hair".i am little bit confused. Is the new medicine which I got doesn't provide any type of reaction to anyone.
