Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hello, My age is 20 and my problem is that when ever I do sex with my partner my sperm discharges very early less then a minute. So now iam thinking to take himalya confido so my question is that, is this medicine is good or if it is good then how to take its dosage?? I want to cure it as soon as possible so please help me out.
