Premature ejaculation with in 30 seconds
I am doing masturbation from 7 to 8 years in the interval of 2 to 3 days. Now, I am feeling that I am getting discharged within 30 seconds.

The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation.
There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive.
Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation.
